Using Replace Color in Photoshop
by BarryHilton, Adult NetSurprise
Using Photoshops relpace
color you can make dramatic color alterations to a photo, with only a few
clicks of your mouse! We'll start the tutorial with our original
picture...

First, bring up the Replace Color menu (image > adjust
> replace color). Position the Replace Color menu so you can see both the
Original Photo and the Replace Color Menu, You will need to make selections
from your original photo while you are using the Replace Color menu. In our
tutorial today we'll be changing the bra and panties from blue to green
:o)
Now we need to start by getting the base color for our alteration...
Go to your original photo, the curser will change to the 'Eye Dropper color
selector) and select your starting color by clicking in the center of her
panties. Picking a dark blue area is best to start with.
Next, slide the
Fuzziness selector down (to approximately 120) until you ''white selected
areas' showing on only her panties and bra (our example also alters the nail
polish too)
When you've moved the Fuzziness selector down you will see
that not all of the panties are now selected and showing white on the Replace
Color menu. By holding shift on your keyboard you are able to 'add' colors to
your selection from your original photo. Next, go to the original photo again
and, while holding shift, click another area on her panties that is not showing
up as white on the Replace Color menu. (f you started with the dark blue
selection, you will need to click on a light blue part of her panties) Again,
as you do this you may find that you have selected an area outside her panties
and bra... to correct this just slide the Fuzziness bar to a lower
value.
You may need to repeat this process several times until you have
all the panties and bra selected.

When
you are happy with your selection, and have all the panties and bra selected...
you can use the Transform part of the Replace color menu to alter the color of
your selection. This is the same as the Hue/Saturation alteration menu. By
sliding the 'Hue' to different values you'll see different colors appearing on
your original photo. You can also alter the Saturation which will make the
color brighter or more grey and dull, if you slide this all the way to the left
it will rempve all color and you will have a black and white image. Take care
if you alter the Lightness, as more than a little adjustment makes the color
change look unrealistic.

Below is the finished color alteration
compared to the original, with green panties and bra!
